Email FAIR Toolkit to a Friend

  1. Email Content

The Finding Answers Intervention Research (FAIR) Toolkit is made up of two parts: the Finding Answers grants portfolio, and the Strategies/Levels/Modes flashcards.

Grantee Portfolio CoverThe Finding Answers grants portfolio is a comprehensive guide to the 33 grantee organizations funded by the Finding Answers project to evaluate promising strategies to reduce racial and ethnic disparities. Each grantee's project is profiled in detail, including the study's project description, rationale, and evaluation plan, as well as the project's Strategies, Levels, and Modes. As explored in Roadmap Step 4, Designing the Activity, these detailed descriptions of Finding Answers' grantee projects can be a powerful tool for crafting your own disparities-focused quality improvement project.

FlashcardsThe Strategies/Levels/Modes Flashcards are a quick reference to Finding Answers' process for categorizing and planning equity-focused quality improvement programs. Each card contains a definition of the relevant element, as well as a list of the Finding Answers grantee projects that correspond to that Strategy, Level, or Mode. By combining various techniques and program elements, planners will be able to quickly lay out the fundamentals of a disparity program. Roadmap Step 4, Designing the Activity includes detailed instruction on how to use the flashcards to quickly design an equity program.
